Replace the answer labels and response totals. Preserve a natural scale order for rating questions; do not sort “Very satisfied” through “Very dissatisfied” by value. Add the survey question, sample size, and field dates in surrounding text.
Counts, percentages, and honesty
Use percentages when comparing groups with different response totals. Always disclose missing responses and whether multiple answers were allowed. A clean chart cannot compensate for an ambiguous denominator.

Either can work. Percentages make groups of different sizes comparable; counts preserve the number of responses. Label the unit clearly.
What about select-all-that-apply questions?
Those percentages may sum above 100. A bar chart is appropriate, but explain that respondents could select multiple answers.
